We are honor to offer our service for Stephanie's group and the entire trip is accompanied by Joe (our No.1 tour guide). On the very first day, the car we prepared had air-con malfunction. In Taiwan's hot summer weather, we are sorry to make the clients feeling hot and humid in the car. Without considering the cost, we switch the transport the next day and to express our sincerity, we had upgraded the hotel to a 5 star hotel on the last day. Customer's satifaction is always our top priority, and receving good feedback from Stephanie after the tour is the biggest motivation to us.
